Wildlife Cam 2017
My daughter and son-in-law put a wildlife camera in the creek bed at our property in Central Texas. That place is about 300 miles to the west of us, in a region that is drier and much more rugged than our home place. Here are some of my favorite pictures from this year: (You can click on them to see them larger.)
I have never seen most of these animals in person, only in these photos. It is amazing to get a glimpse of what is around us without our realizing it!
How I love these photos…so wonderful to see these beautiful animals who share your property.
It is so gratifying to get a peek into their lives, isn’t it. 🙂
Interesting animals. I thought about putting one up in back of our house. Trouble is, sparrows and squirrels would always be mugging for the camera. Nothing cool like those above. 🙂
Yes, I have plenty of pictures of doves and robins, and of course the feral hogs. But I do like seeing what else turns up.
That is very cool! Love those photos!
Thanks! I loved going through them. My daughter found a great spot to plant that camera.
What great photos and I so agree, it’s interesting to see all these animals that live so close to us without us realizing it.
